Members and invites
Bring your team into PMKIN with an invite link.
Content is a team sport. In PMKIN you work in a team, and everyone in the team can reach all of its projects. Bring people in with an invite link.
Teams and projects#
A team is who you work with and how you're billed. A project is one website or publication. Members belong to the team, not to a single project, so a new member can open every project in it.
See your members#
- Open Settings in the project sidebar.
- Scroll to Members.
The list shows each member's name and email. The person who owns the team is marked Owner.
Invite someone#
- In Settings, under Members, choose Create invite link.
- Copy the link.
- Send it to your teammate, by chat or email.
Warning: Anyone with the link can join the team, so share it only with the people you mean to invite.
The link stops working within a day. If it expires before your teammate uses it, create a new one.
Accept an invite#
- Open the invite link.
- Sign in, or create a PMKIN account first.
- The page says which team invited you. Choose Accept Invite.
You land in the team and can open all its projects. If the page says "The invite link has expired.", ask for a new link.
Rename the team#
In Settings, under Team, change the Name. It saves when you leave the field.
Members and billing#
On a paid plan you pay per seat, and each team member is a seat. See Plans and billing.
AI agents aren't members#
Agents don't take a seat. They connect through the MCP server and act for the person who connected them. See Connect an AI agent.
